高T_c Y-Ba-Cu-O系超导涂层
HIGH-T_c Y-Ba-Cu-O SUPERCONDUCTOR COATING
【摘要】 用等离子喷涂方法得到了液氮温区超导涂层,其起始转变温度为101K,零电阻温度为86K;涂层主要相组成为YBa2Cu3O9-δ单相化合物,与同样原料配比制备的烧结块体性能相近。涂层致密,连通性好,可以作为一种超导电气元件制作工艺。
【Abstract】 A high-Te Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductor coating has been prepared using plasma spray technique with the critical temperature onset at 101 K and zero resistance at 86 K. The results of resistance and susceptibility measurements show that the coating sample has the similar superconducting properties comparing with that of he bulk superconductor. X-ray diffraction and EPM analysis indicate that the coating consists of YBa2Cu3O9-x single phase compound and some trace phases.
