电子交换作用对超导金属电子比热跃迁的影响
INFLUENCE OF THE EXCHANGE INTERACTION BETWEEN ELECTRONS ON THE JUMP OF ELECTRONIC HEAT CAPACITY IN SUPERCONDUCTING METALS
【摘要】 本文根据参考文献[5,6,8]定量地估计了电子交换作用对于一些超导金属电子比热跃迁的影响。计算结果表明,电子交换作用把 V、Al金属的电子比热跃迂分别增加 1.35、0.45mJ/mol·K,而In金属的电子比热跃迁减小了1.41mJ/mol·K。
【Abstract】 We have quantitatively estimated the influence of exchange interaction between electrons of some superconducting metals on the jump of electronic heat capacity, according to references [5, 6, 8] . The results show that the jump of heat capacity (Cs-Cn) for V, Al metals increases due to the exchange interaction by 1.35, 0.45 mJ/mol. K, respectively while the△Cs-Cn)of In reduces due to the exchange interaction by 1.41 mJ/mol K.
