【摘要】 用电阻法测量Ba0.1Y0.9CuO3的电阻温度关系,在130K附近,其R(T)明显偏离线性。超导转变中点温度达90K,整个转变过程中电阻下降大于四个数量级。

【Abstract】 Occurrence of high Tc superconductivity with Tc=90K was observed in(Ba,Y)CuO2 by resistance maesurement. The temperature dependence of resistivity deviates violently from linearity at 130K. The superconducting transition temperature Tc with zero resistivity is 68K, Tc(mid) = 90K, △Tc=4K. The resistance drops down larger than four ordres of magnitude during the superconducting-normal transition. The results above were reproducible after several heatcycles from 4.2 to 300 and/or have been store in liquid nitrogen for one week.
