利用稳态汽泡式低温恒温器测量GGG:Cr3+的低温荧光谱

【摘要】 采用新近发展起来的稳态汽泡式低温恒温器,在5- 300K 温度范围,测量了GGG:Cr3+的荧光谱。在低温下观测到尖锐的R1和R2荧光线。随着温度的升高,R线变宽并红移。利用R1和R2线的荧光强度比,计算了标称温度为5.6K时的样品真实温度为7K。

【Abstract】 Fluorescent spectrum from GGG:Cr3+ was investigated in 5-300 K temperature range by using a recently developed cryostat of steady state vapour bubble type. Sharp R1 and R2 lines were observed at low temperatures. They were broadened and shifted to the red side with increasing temperature. The true temperature inside the sample at nominal temperature 5.6 K was calculated to be about 7 K by taking into account of the intensity ratio of R1 and R2 lines.
