用微扰角相关技术研究Nb-H系统的无序-有序相

【摘要】 用微扰角相关技术对Nb-H系统的无序-有序相进行了研究。测量了Nb-H晶格内放射性探查原子181Hf位置上在不同温度下的电场梯度。实验发现,我们确定的Nb-H系统的无序-有序相的相转变温度和T.schober等的相图及B.J.Makenas等用电子显微镜研究得出的十分一致。还发现,对[H]/[Nb]=0.81的样品当温度低于90k时存在一种新的有序相。

【Abstract】 The order-disorder phases of the Nb-H system were investigated by using the perturbed angular correlation techniques. We have measured the electric field gradient at the positions of the radio-active probe atoms inside the Nb-H lattice under different temperatures. It was found experimentally that the transition temperature of the order-disorder phase of the Nb-H system determined by our method is in good agreement with the phase diagram made by T. Schober et al. and the data obtained through electronic microscopic study by B. J. Makenas et al. It was found also, that there exists a new ordered phase for the sample with [H] /[Nb]=0.81 at. the temperature below 90 K.
