【摘要】 <正> 我们于1984年5月至1985年3月对天津市的河流、湖泊、池塘、水沟、工厂废水等各种类型的水体中的缴毛类纤毛虫进行了调查。共记录了54种,隶属于5科13属。其中鞘居科的种类有15种,内有2种为新种。我国纤毛虫的分类研究工作从二十年代即已开始,王家楫和倪达书(1933),王家楫(1977),沈韫芬(1980)等分别报道过鞘居科纤毛虫的新种。本文仅对本次调查中发现的鞘居科二新种进行报道。更多还原

【Abstract】 From May 1984 to March 1985, we collected and identified 54 species of peritrich cililtes from Tianjin Municipality (39°N, 117°E), China. The presem paper only gives description of two new species of the family Vaginicolidae in this collection. All specimens are deposited in the Department of Biology, Nankai University.1. Pyxicola ovata ap, nov. (figs. l, 2)Length of lorica 40 μm; width of lorica 35 μm; width of aperture 13 um; length of pedi-cle 85-90 μm; diameter of peristome 237-25 um; width pf ciliated disc 17-19 μm; length of zooid 55-60 μm; width of zooid 15-19 μm.Lorica ovoid, with anterior end more obtuse than posserior. Aperture tounded,: not incli-ned. When zooid contracted, aperture completely occluded by operculum and when extended, occluded by zooid itself. Surface of cuticula faintly striated transversly. Macronucleus- band-like, longitudinally located. This new species resembles P. ligiae, but distinctly differs from the latter by its longer pedicle and ovoid neckless lorica.2. Vagimcola angusta sp. nov. (figs. 3-5)Length of lorica 70-95 μm; width of lorica 30-35 μm; length of zooid 115-160 μm; width of zooid 17-20 μm; diameter of peristome 22-26 μm. width of ciliated disc 18-22 μm.Lorica pear-shaped, its posterior end rounded and anterior end pointed. Aperture narrow and small, resilisnt. When zooid,extended, aperture becomes bigger, but tends to draw back and causes a ttansverse constrict of zooid. No internal stalk. Cuticular surface distinctly striated transversally. .Macronucleus band-like. Differs from the allied species V. ovata by its pear-shaped lorica together with its small and -flexihle aperture.更多还原
