小鼠实验性乙型脑炎的超微病理和乙脑病毒的形态发生与释放
Ultrastructural Pathology of Experimental Encephalitis B and Morphogenesis and Release of Encephalitis B Virus in Mice
【摘要】 本研究通过用流乙脑炎病毒京卫研Ⅰ株鼠脑悬液10-2稀释后,以0.3ml/只剂量经腹腔接种于三周龄昆明种小鼠复制成典型的乙脑模型。鼠脑各取材部位的神经细胞发生一系列以超微病变为主的病理变化。 本文分早、晚两期系统地描述并讨论了这些变化,其中不少未见有关流乙脑炎病理及流乙脑炎病毒形态发生和释放的文献提及。根据这些形态变化与作者自己的见解提出了一个初步的流乙脑炎病毒(京卫研Ⅰ株)形态发生及释放方式。该病毒也可在少枝胶质细胞内复制。观察到小胶质细胞吞噬病毒粒子,未发现病毒复制现象。可见,小胶质细胞仍能保持其吞噬功能,不为病毒mRNA所控制、复制病毒粒子。
【Abstract】 An animal model of encephalitis B was successfully established with Jin Wei Yan I strain virus in mice,which made it possible to study the ultrastructural pathology as well as the morphogenesis and release of encephalitis B exerimentally.The ultrapathological changes occurring to the brain tissues especially in the neuron cells were described systematically.A preliminary hypothesis about the morphogenesis and release of encephalitis B virus (Jin Wei Yah I strain) was proposed on the basis of these changes.Replication of the virus was also found to occur in the oligodendroglia but not in the microglia,which maintained its phagocytic function.This fact evidently shows that the micrioglia is not controlled by the mRNA of the virus.According to the literature available to the authors,it seems that the ultrastructural pathological changes of encephalitis B with typical histological lesions in animals had not been reported previously.
