大型汽轮机叶片拉金接头焊缝的X射线探伤
X-ray Inspection of the Lashing Joint Weld on Large Steam Turbine Blades
【摘要】 本文通过X射线同物体的相互作用规律导出变截面工件的合适透照管电压,并在楔形试块上作了相应的试验。解释了焦距对透照范围的影响.最后,列举了透照变截面工件的典型实例——大型汽轮机叶片拉筋接头焊缝的X射线探伤.
【Abstract】 Appropriate voltages for X-ray inspection on variably sectioned workpieces have been determined based on the principle of the interactions between X-ray and inspection object. Tests were conducted on a wedged specimen. The effect of focal length on X-ray peneration capacity was discussed. Paper ended with an example of the X-ray inspection on lashing joint weld on large steam turbine blades.
