【Abstract】 The MCrAlX alloy coating is developed to improve the hot corrosion resistant property of gas turbine blades. Paper gives a summary of the coating test. In the summary, the process of coating, the evaluation of hot corrosion resistant property. the analysis of coating structure and composition are described. The mechanical property of the coating as well as the long time aging stability has been studied. The commercial production of this type of coating is feasible and the service life can be 20 times longer than that of the base material.更多还原
