MCrA1X烧结耐蚀涂层的应用
The Application of MCrAlX Corrosion Resistant Coatings
【摘要】 作者研制了一种MCrAlX型多元涂层并应用于工业生产,以提高燃气轮机导向叶片(K18合金)的抗热腐蚀能力。简述了涂层工艺,测定了涂层的耐热腐蚀性能,分析了涂层的成份组织和结构,复验了涂层后的机械性能,研究了涂层长期时效的稳定性及料浆成份对涂层组织性能的影响。本涂层适合大规模生产,其热腐蚀寿命比基体约高20倍.
【Abstract】 The MCrAlX alloy coating is developed to improve the hot corrosion resistant property of gas turbine blades. Paper gives a summary of the coating test. In the summary, the process of coating, the evaluation of hot corrosion resistant property. the analysis of coating structure and composition are described. The mechanical property of the coating as well as the long time aging stability has been studied. The commercial production of this type of coating is feasible and the service life can be 20 times longer than that of the base material.
