【摘要】 本文对卵巢硬化性间质瘤进行了光镜及电镜研究。在光镜及电镜下,瘤细胞核和细胞质呈多样性。圆形瘤细胞其胞质透明或呈细空泡状,胞质内可见脂滴。在富含细胞区内,细丝状的或粗的胶原纤维围绕单个瘤细胞,细胞周围尚有丰富的网状纤维。上述特点表明:此瘤来自卵巢间质。瘤细胞胞质分化较好和胞质内类脂质蓄积,说明许多细胞具有功能性活动。最后,本文对此瘤的形态特征、组织发生和鉴别诊断进行了简短的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of sclerosing stromal tumor of the ovary wasreported with a light and electron microscopic study. Under LM andEM, the appearance of nuclei and cytoplasms of the tumor cells wasvaried. The cytoplasm of the rounded cells was clear or finely vacuo-lated. Lipid droplets were identified in some of the cells. The cellularareas were the site of deposition of fine and coarse collagenous fiberswhich typically surrounded individual cells. Abundant pericellularreticular fiber was also present. It was suggested that the tumor wasof ovarian stromal origin. Cytoplasmic differentiation and accumulationof lipid were taken as an indication that many of these cells werefunctionally active. Morphological feature, differential diagnosis andhistogenesis of the tumor were discussed briefly.更多还原
