【Abstract】 In this paper,the subacute toxicity of WSEL on rats is reported. The results showed that through intraperitoneal injection of WSEL,in dosages of 3 g/kg, 6 g/kg and 9 g/kg respectively once daily to atotal time of two weeks, the values of blood urea nitrogen, GPT, Hb, Rbc and Wbc + DC did not show any significant change, and also, no significant toxic effects were found in the histological examination ofthe heart, the liver, the lung, the spleen and the kidney when compared with the control group. It is suggested that WSEL is a safe drug for clinical therapeutics.更多还原
