【摘要】 本文报道无并发症的124例慢性胃炎(男91例,女33例;年龄20～69岁)。其中慢性浅表性胃炎80例;慢性萎缩性胃炎44例。中医辨证有肝胃不和38例;脾胃虚弱37例;肝郁脾虚17例;湿热中阻24例;胃阴不足5例;胃腑血瘀3例。本组慢性胃炎以实证最多,虚证次之,虚实夹杂证最少。内窥镜检查发现,所有六个证型中胃粘膜均表现有充血,肝胃不和、湿热中阻型胃粘膜多有水肿、糜烂、出血、发红和渗出物;脾胃虚弱和胃阴不足型胃粘膜表现为苍白、粘膜下血管网透见、粘膜粗糙颗粒增生;而肝郁脾虚和胃腑血瘀型则均具前述表现。这显示中医证型和病理形态的变化之间存在着某些相互关系。本结果提示这一研究对中西医结合诊断和治疗慢性胃炎是有益的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, 124 cases(male 91; female 33; ages 20—69) of chronic gastritis without complication are reported, in which 80 cases were chronic superficial gastritis and 44 cases were chronic atrophic gastritis. According to the TCM’s differentiation of symptom-complexes, there were. "disharmony of the liver and stomach" (肝胃不和) 38 cases; "asthenia of the spleen and stomach" (脾胃虚弱) 37; "stagnancy of the liver and function deficiency of the spleen"(肝郁脾虚) 17; "wetness-heat stagnated in the middle warmer" (温热中阻) 24; "deficiency of stomach-yin" (胃阴不足) 5; and "blood stasis of the stomch" (胃腑血瘀) 3. In the endoscopic findings, the. gastric mucosa showed congestion in all six types, and edema, erosion, bleeding and flush with exudate in those with "disharmony of liver and stomach" and "wetness-heat stagnated in the middle warmer"; the appearance of mucosa in those of "asthenia of the spleen and stomach" and "deficiency of stomach-yin" is pallid transparent with the submucosal network of fine vessels, and rough with granular hypertrophy. All those features may be present in "stagnancy of the liver and function deficiency of the spleen" and "blood stasis of the stomach." It seems that there are some relationships between the TCM’s symptom-complexes and the patho-morphological changes.These results suggest that this study is beneficial for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis with更多还原
