静止无功补偿器改善互联电力系统阻尼研究

【摘要】 弱联系互联电力系统振荡过程阻尼特性差是其稳定性的主要特点。本文根据SVS对电力系统作用相当于改变系统的功角特性曲线的原理,研究了改善互联电力系统阻尼的静止无功补偿器(SVS)的控制方式及控制参数的整定计算方法。文中以四机电力系统为例研究了装设在互联电力系统联络线上的SVS,衰减联络线功率振荡的效果。

【Abstract】 The stability of a weakly interconnected system depends mainly upon the damping characteristic difference between the oscillation processes in individual systems.It is well known that a Static Var System (SVS) can affect a power system by changing the power angle of the system.Based on this principle, this paper makes a study of its controlling mode and the calculation method for controlled parameter setting.Taking a four-machine interconnected system as an example, the paper makes an investigation on the effect of damping power oscillation by a SVS installed on the tie-line of this system.
