【Abstract】 A kind of resource exploitation and utilization project is investigated which involves many factors, mostly not being exactly determined. It is in most cases a very complicated system. A "two-step multi-objective programming" feasibility study method is deve- loped. A set of evaluation criteria, which include political, economical, techno- logical, market, risky and environmental aspects, are set up. Making use of fuzzy set theory, the weighting factor of each criteria and evaluation value of those criteria which has only qualitative character are deter- mined, thus making it possible simultaneously to evaluate both qualitative and quantitative criteria. The method has been used successfully in a natural gas resource exploita- tion and utilization project.更多还原
