季戊四醇溴代芳基磷酸酯类阻燃剂
PENTAERYTHRITOL BROMO-ARYL-PHOSPHATES FIRE RETARDANTS
【摘要】 以三溴苯酚钠、三氯氧磷、季戊四醇为原料,通过酯化和缩合两步反应合成了阻燃剂3,9-双(2’,4’,6’三溴苯氧基)-2,4,8,10-四氧代-3,9-二磷螺环-3,9-二氧[5.5]十一烷。系统地研究了缩合反应的条件,如介质、时间、温度、配比、原料质量对产率的影响;并采用元素分析,红外、核磁共振、质谱等确证了它的结构。测定了它的溶解度、毒性、热性能、燃烧热及其在维纶蓬布,聚丙烯中的阻燃性。
【Abstract】 The compound 3, 9-bis (2', 4', 6'-tribromophoxy)-2, 4, 8, 10-traoxa -3, 9-dip- hosphospiro [5.5] undecane -3, 9-dioxide (HFR-1) was prepared with pentaeryth- ritol, phosphorus oxychloride and 2, 4, 6-tribromophenoxy soldium by esterifica- tion and condensation reaction. The condition of condensation reaction such as solvent, ratio of reactants, temperature, time and quality of reactants were studied. The better condition of condensation reaction was obtained. The properties of HFR-1 such as melting point, heat of melting, decomposition point, solubility, heat of combustion and toxity were determined and the IR, NMR, MS and thermal spectra of HFR-1 were measured, except the melting point all these were not found in other literatures. The polyvinyl formal (PVF) fabric and polypropylene (PP) resin treated with HFR-1 have shown good flame retardancy.
