三维静磁场数值计算——等效磁化区法及其在永磁电机参数计算中的应用
Numerical Calculation of 3-D Magnetostatic Field Problems——The Equivalent Magnetized Region Method and Its Application in the Determination of the Parameters in the Permanent Megnet Machine
【摘要】 本文对计算三维静磁场的等效磁化区法作了研究,从理论上证明了用等效磁化区方法计算三维静磁场的正确性,并提出了构成等效磁化区的一般方法。按照等效磁化区法的数学模型,本文对用有限元方法求解非线性三维静磁场问题的途径作了推导。应用所编的FORTRAN程序,本文计算了飞轮式永磁发电机的空载和负载三维静磁场,并对电机的端部磁场作了测量,结果表明,计算值与实测值基本一致。运用三维静磁场数值分析方法,本文计算了电机的磁通和电抗等有关参数,这对电机的正确设计具有一定的实际意义。
【Abstract】 The equivalent magnetized region method (EMRM) for the numerical solution of three-dimensional magnetostatic field problems is studied in this paper. The validity of the methodis proved in the terms of electromagnetic field theory and a general procedure for the construction of the equivalent magnetized region is derived. Based on the mathematical formulation of EMRMa finite element methedfor the calculation of 3-D nonlinear magnetostatic field problems is developed. Finally a FORTRAN program is obtained. The program is applied to the analysis of the magnetic fields under no load and load in the flywheel type perm anent magnet machine. The flux density in the end regions of the machine windings is measured. Results show that the analyzed and measured values of flux density are in excellent agreement. Furthermore, the magnetic-flux and reactances of electrical machine can be calculated on the basis of the numerical results, which has some significance for the correct design of electrical machinery.
