步进驱动系统的最佳控制
Optimum Control of The Drive System Using Step Motor
【摘要】 在数控机床,计算机外部设备以及教学和工业用机器人中,广泛应用步进电机作为执行元件。本文在已知步进驱动系统的数学模型和参数的基础上,应用数字仿真方法,确定了系统的景佳加、减速控制规律,并采用微机实现了系统的最佳控制,理论分析和实验结果相互得到了印证。
【Abstract】 As an actuator,the system using step motor has been widely applied in the numeral controlled machine tools and the peripheral equipments of computer as well as in the educational and industrial robots.Based on the known model and parameters of the system,this paper determines the law of acceleration and deceleration of the system by numeral simulation and performs a microprocessor optimum control of the system.The products of the theoretic analyse have been established in the trials.
