【Abstract】 The titre change of Y.pestis bacteriophage was observed in the presence of chloroform.This result show that the efficiency of plating of the rough and puri ficatory phage suspension were 27.2 and 46.5% for one hour, 17.0 and 39.2% for two hours, 5.9 and 28.1% for four hours, 2.2 and 12.1% for eight hours, respectively, with chlororming. The correlation between the rate and the action time exactly filed the exponential function.更多还原
