【Abstract】 302 sera of dogs from Xinjiang area were examined with the specific antigens of smooth Brucella and Br. canis. The results showed the infection with Br. cants are present in dogs of Xinjiang.Of 302 dogs, 209 grops of organs (liver, spleen, heart, lungs and lymph nodes etc.) were isolated for Brusella. One strain of Br. canis was first detected from organs of N.187 dog in Shawan County of Xinjiang and identified by sera-logical tests, examine of biochemical characters and specific phage splitting test.更多还原
