筛选夏大豆高产抗豆荚螟(Etiella zinckenella)品种的研究

【摘要】 1982—1986年从山东省内外有关科研单位及种子部门搜集了当地和国内外表现高产的推广品种、区域试验和杂交高世代品种资源材料共计603份,按年度分批进行了鉴定筛选试验。明确了各份材料的抗性,从中筛选出国育98-4、安东福寿等68份抗性材料。对通过鉴定筛选的表现高产、抗豆荚螟并适于当地夏播的22个品种(系)分期分批的进行了异地联合鉴定试验,进一步明确了其丰产性、抗螟性及适应性。其中鲁豆4号和鲁豆2号两品种表现了既高产又抗豆荚螟,是适于本地种植的夏大豆优良新品种,并已进行了大面积示范推广,为更换本地大豆品种提供了依据。

【Abstract】 In the years from 1982-1986. 1065 tests bave heen made on 603 different soybean germplasms. The resistance of each has been iden-tified and settled by means of identification of injury percentage in the field, region distinction, pest artificial inoculating and cooperative identification in various districts. 68 cultivars have been selected and among which 8 have been proved stable and with wide suitability. A joined identification has been made on 22 strains which are high-yield, resistant to bean pod borer and suitable as local summer soybean. Among which Ludou No. 2 and Ludou No. 4 were the hest, and have been planted in large areas.The screened materials resistant to limabean pod borer can be used for soybean breeding as source of resistince.
