大豆—根瘤菌混交性与亲和性

【摘要】 本文报导了大豆—根瘤菌混交性与亲和性研究结果:1)大豆与根瘤菌共生关系具有混交性。用许多豆科植物根瘤分离的菌株和大豆×花生根瘤菌交互接种,都在大豆上混交结瘤。大豆甚至比花生容易感染结瘤。2)大豆—根瘤菌仍具有很强的专一性,表现在有效性(固氮)方面,而并不是在侵染力(结瘤)方面。不同品种—菌株组合存在亲和性和非亲和性。供试适合于春、夏、秋播的4个南方推广品种中,“太兴黑(春豆)—根瘤菌”表现广谱亲和性;而““矮脚早(春豆)—根瘤菌”表现特异非亲和性,与Hup正、负菌株和血清型为123的等菌株共生不亲和,但与几个快生型菌株共生,表现中度亲和。本文讨论了怎样提高大豆—根瘤菌共生固氮作用,提高大豆产量的问题和研究大豆固氮生态、资源及固氮育种、遗传意义,提出了关于根瘤菌选择及其菌剂生产应用的建议。

【Abstract】 The interacfions between soybean and Rhizobium are complex, but very few study has been reported. This paper is the report of result research about host soybean——Rhizobium strain promicuity and camptibility.The results indicat that promiscuity occurs in soybean——Rhizobiumsymbiont. There is promiscuous nodulation on soybean roots inoculated with isolates from other legumes on soybean×peanut with Rhizobium cross inoculation. Soybean is even easier nodulated by Rhizobiumas compared with peanut. On the other hand, soybean——Rhizobiumspecificity is strong in effectiveness of nitrogen fixation not in infecti-veness. Compatibility or incompatibility occurs in different cultivar——Rhizobium combinations. Of four released soybean cultivars suitable for spring, summer and autumn sowing in south of China, cultivarTaixinghei——Rhizobium strain combinazion was found to have broadspectrum compatibility, while Aichiaizao with Rhizobium strains of serogroup 123, some Hup+, Hup- and others was found to be specific incompatibility, and moderate compatibility with some fast grower. How to improve symbiotic nitroSen fixation for high yield of soybean with Rhizobium significance of study on ecology, germplasm resources, breeding and genetics of nitrogen fixation in soybeans and suggestions of strain selection, inoculant production and uses are discussed in this paper.
