镍基萤光颜料彩色复合电镀层的研究

【摘要】 为了开发有色镀镍新工艺,研究了电沉积镍-萤光颜料有色复合镀层。采用瓦特型电解液(NiSO40.8M,NiCl20.2M,H3BO30.5M),加入适量的粒径为3.5~4.5μ的萤光颜料,制成悬浮液进行电镀并研究了镀液及镀层的基本性质;颜料粒子在镀层中的分布情况及影响颜料共析量的因素。研究表明,使用阳离子与非离子混合表面活性剂,对有机萤光颜料进行预处理,提高其在瓦特液中的润湿、分散能力,改善粒子的电性能,就可以使它较易与镍产生足够量的共沉积。得到的复合镀层经流动水冲洗后,应立即加镀适当厚度的亮镍。这样就可得到耐磨性较好而光亮的各色萤光镀层。

【Abstract】 In order to develop a new art of colour nickel plating, the electrodeposition of colour nickel-fluorescent pigment composite plating is studied. The plating is conducted with the bath prepared by adding a correct amount of fluorescent pigment with a grain Size of 3.5-4.5μ to Watt electrolyte (NiSO4 0.8M, NiCl2 0.2M, H3BO3 0.5M) to form a suspension. The performance of the bath and plating, the distribution of the pigment particles in the plating and the factors affecting pigment coprecipitation amount are also studied. The results show that the sufficient codeposition of the organic fluorescent pigment with nickel will be much easier through pretreating it with a combined cationic and non-ionic surfactant to raise its wetting and dispersion power in Watt electrolyte and to improve the electric properties of the particles. The plating thus gained should immediately be plated with bright nickel of correct thickness after being rinsed by running warter. In this way, a bright plating of differendt colours with good resistance can be obtained.
