大兴安岭林区特大森林火灾的天气形势分析

【摘要】 1987年5月6日至6月2日在大兴安岭林区发生了特大森林火灾,损失惨重。本文根据发生火灾前后的天气形势变化,分析研究了发生林火的天气系统。根据地面图,高空图研究冷暖气团的发生发展过程,蒙古气旋是导致大兴安岭林区森林火灾的主要天气系统。大兴安岭林区在暖气团控制下,增温明显,冷峰过后又无降水,产生大风干旱自寺天气形势。这是高火险级天气,极易跑火成灾。因此可根据天气形势的变化,有效的布防力量,以做到有效预防和及时扑救,减少损失。

【Abstract】 A catastrophic forest fire had occurred in Daxingan Mountain area in the Northeast China from May 6 to Jane 2,1987, The losses are very heavy. The paper analysed the weather system for which the fire occurred according to the change of the weather before and after the fire, and studied the development process of hot and cold air mass on the basis of the ground map and aero-map. The paper pointed out that the mongolian cyclone was main fire weather system in the Daxingan Mountain Area. If the area is in the control of hot air mass. the temperature will rise rapidly and there will be no rain during the pass of cold front. At this time,the windy and dry weather will occur and dry weather will occur and it is most dangerous fire weather.Therefore, we should take precautions and plan manpower and material resources before fires occur according to the the change of fire weather system.
