感应加热重熔等离子喷涂——NiWC25涂层试验与研究
TEST AND STUDY ON PLASMA SPRAY NiWC25 ALLOY POWDER FUSED BY HIGH FREQUENCY ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION HEATING
【摘要】 本文介绍采用等离子喷涂方法在GCr 15轴承钢和45~#钢基材上喷涂一层NiWC 25的合金层。所用原料是一种镍包多晶体WC核心的新型复合粉末。试验中间测定了涂层的密度,硬度,抗弯强度,结合强度以及摩擦学特性,并着重探讨了实用性。根据试验结果验证了喷涂工艺规范的可行性。用电弧定碳法对喷涂NiWC 25粉末过程中影响分解的原因进行了研究,从而较为合理地确定了工艺参数。 此外,在分析重熔时电磁特性及其分布规律的基础上,根据感应重熔基体温度场计算机模拟的结果,证实了感应重熔加热效率高,传入基体的热量少,工件不易变形,并能够形成性能良好的硬质合金层。经装机实验表明,将感应重熔工艺应用于拉丝机模具表面强化或修复,其使用寿命比原模具材料提高了1.5—2倍。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces that Niwc 25 Coating is sprayed by the plasma spray on the substrate of 45~# steel and GCr15 steel,Niwc 25 alloy powder is the new type of compound powder alloy of the polycrystalline Carbide tungsten Nickle. The density, hardness, bending strength, adhesive strength and ttibogy characteristic of the coating are measured in the test and the practical value is studied. According to the results of the test, the plasma spray technical parameter is reliable and the factors that effect to WC decompose in the plasma spray Niwc 25 alloy powder are studied with the electrion-Carbone analyse method.Moreover,according to electromagnetic induction characteristic and results of the induction heating field of substrate at high frequency by computer simulation, it proved that the induction heating efficiency is high, the quantity of introducing substrate heat is less, the part deformation is little and properties of hard alloy coating is good.The high-frequency electromagnetic heat fusing is applied in the Strengthening surface of drawing machine cone and its service life is 1.5 or 2 times longer than the old one.
