【摘要】 施工机械配置的定量化主要应用于主导机械。定量化公式的建立条件是在主导机械投入生产,相互独立,作业内容相同,发生故障及时修复,修复后马上投入生产。在机械单位时间内发生故障的次数为λ与修复机构的单位时间的修复能力为μ的情况下,形成的一个服务系统。服务系统的模型是M/M/1/m/m,由此建立了系统的运行指标计算公式,从而对运行指标进行分析和建立机械正常运转台数与工程量之间的关式公式。这样就给予了,在一定工程量的情况下应配置的机械数量。 同时,本文将繁锁的计算工作事先完成并采用表格化。这对于机械配置定量化的实际应用铺平了道路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ration of equipping construction machinery is mainly applied to main construction machinery. The equation of the ration analysis is developed under the conditions that main machinery is used and independently run in the construction. Their function are same, their stoppages can soon get repaired and then put into operation. And it is assumed that the frequency of the stoppages is equal to λ and the renovating capacity in a given time is equal to μ, which forms a service system. The calculating equation of running index is established by the model of the service system, M/M/1/m/m.Consequently, an equation relating to the number of machinery in work versus the amount of work is developed by analyzing running index. The number of machinery needed would be then obtained for a given work reasonably.On this paper, a table is provided instead of overlaborated calculating, which lies the way of rational machinery in practice.更多还原
