以Ni/Al为底层等离子喷涂FeO4粉工艺参数的选择——主要工艺参数与涂层结合强度间的多元回归分析

【摘要】 本文在正交试验的基础上,选择了等离子喷涂工艺中最常用的三个参数,即:喷涂距离,工作电流,以及工作气流量,并以结合强度为指标进行了回归分析。利用逆矩阵法求出回归系数,确定了回归方程。并根据正交试验方差分析的结果,对最佳参数进行了结合强度的预测。 通过试验的回归分析,对涂层性能指标进行预测和参数控制,这在目前涂层性能无损检测手段还不完备的情况下,对指导实际生产有着重要意义,
【Abstract】 Based on orthogonal test, the main parameters of plasma spraying technology such as spraying distance,amperage, gas flow are selected, according which the plurality negresions are analized with index of the adhesive strength, the regresin equation is defined. The optimum parameters are acquired in the variant analysis. The adhesive strength is obtained by the regresion equation.That is important in production,as the coating performances are evalued and the parameters are decided by the regresion equation,thus the no-damage measuring method has been found.
