丹顶鹤心肌超微结构研究

【摘要】 本文报道了丹顶鹤心肌透射电镜超微结构所见。丹顶鹤心肌由有横纹的肌细胞构成。肌纤维直径为5—9μm。肌纤维也呈A、I.H带和M、Z线结构。肌膜在Z线处向内形成浅的凹陷,但不形成管。间盘特点主要为中间连接形式。心肌纤维间毛细血管丰富。

【Abstract】 The transmission EM finding myocardium of the grus japonese is reported.The cardiac muscle consists of striated muscle cells with the diameter ranged from 5 to 9μm. The myofibrils have the structures of A band, I band, H band, M line and Z line. The sarcolemma extends to the interior of the muscle fibers in the shape of shallow invagination, but no Tsystem exists. Intercalated disks mainly take the form of intermediate junctions. Capillaries are abundant between muscle fibers.
