旋切机曲面副滑道倾角在旋切中对旋刀后角的影响

【摘要】 旋切机副滑道对刀床起支承和导向作用,它的形状和倾角在旋切过程中控制着旋刀的角度,而刀角在很大程度上决定着单板厚度的均匀度和表面质量。 目前大多数旋切机采用平面副滑道,旋切小径木时不能保证单板质量,因为此时需要较大的后角变化率,使旋刀与木段的接触面积在旋切过程中保持恒定。而平面副滑道做不到这一点。因此需要设计一种曲面副滑道。 本文给出了曲面副滑道的计算方法,并分析了旋刀后角与副滑道倾角之间的关系。

【Abstract】 The form and inclination of pitch rails of the veneer lathe, which support and direct the knife assembly,control the knife angle in peeling. The angle of the knife largely determines uniformity of the veneer thickness and surface quality.Now the majority of veneer lathes use the plane pitch rail, by which a good quality veneer can not be obtained when peeling the log with small diameter, because the rate of change in knife back-off angle is not big enough to keep a contact area of the knife with the log. Therefore a curved pitch rail is needed.This paper provides a culculating method of the curved pitch rail and analyses variation of the knife angle with the inclination of pitch rail.
