【摘要】 施胶比是影响刨花板产品质量及生产成本的重要工艺参数,准确地控制施胶比是提高刨花板生产经济效益的重要措施之一。 本文介绍一种自动控制芯、表层刨花及胶液流量,并使芯、表层施胶比和刨花比例保持稳定的控制系统,系统由四个流量调节闭环及三个比率给定器等部分构成三个相互连接的双闭环比值自动控制系统。它不仅使各物料间的比例保持稳定,且可使施胶后总刨花流量基本稳定。有利于提高铺装厚度的稳定性。系统可方便地人为设定施胶比和刨花比例。可连续显示各物料的瞬时流量及累积量。具有手动/自动切换,便于使用操作。该系统通过使用证明控制准确、可靠。 文中对系统的构成、原理及特点均作了较详细的论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spreading amount of glue is an important parameter influencing the quality and cost. precise control of the ratio is one of the measures to improve the economic value of production. The automatic control system introduced herein can constantly control the amount of glue spread on surface and core particles, which is mainly composed of 4 flow control closed-circuits and 3 ratio limiters. The amount of glue and particles to spread is adjustable automaticaly or mannually. The instantaneous and accumulated flow rate of glue and particles can be displayed continuously.
