【摘要】 本文介绍了采用间隙单元作为接触单元求解一般空间弹性接触问题的有限单元法.给出了程序框图,用 FORTRAN 语言编制了空间接触问题的接触程序,经算例考核程序精度较高.并对重型汽车后悬挂球头销与球碗进行了多种工况下的接触应力的研究,计算结果表明接触面上接触应力较大的区域正是球头销实际磨损破坏的部位.更多还原

【Abstract】 Describes the finite element method into which the interval elements areintroduced as contact elements to solve generally spatial elastic problems.Ablock diagram is given to show the programming.The contact stresses of ballend and cup in a socket joint of lorry’s rear suspension are studied in variouscases.Results show that the high stress regions on contact surface are just thereal failure areas on ball end due to wear.The program is thus proved highlyprecision.更多还原
