含氧化钛高炉型渣中氧化镁对脱硫的影响
Effects of MgO in Blast Furnace Type Slags Containing TiO2 on Slag Desulphurization
【摘要】 在1500℃下,实验测定了含氧化钛高炉型渣中氧化镁对脱硫的影响。结果表明,在碱度不变的条件下,脱硫系数L_s随MgO含量的增加而增加,L_s 达到极大值后随MgO增加而降低。脱硫系数为极大值时,%MgO=10.3~10.6。
【Abstract】 Effects of MgO in blast furnace type slags containing TiO2 onthe desulphurization of the slags have been experimentally determined at 1500℃. The results show that when the basicity of the slags isconstant, the desulphurization ratio LS increases with MgO content,while LS reaches a maximum value it decreases with increasing MgOcontent. The percentage content of MgO will be 10.3~10.6 when LSreaches its maximum value.
