CO2激光辐照强化钢表面的机理
Surface Strengthening mechanism of Steel by CO2 Laser Irradiation
【摘要】 利用连续多模输出的圆形CO2 激光束对钢进行连续、大面积辐照表面强化处理,得到了厚度均匀的表面层硬化带。它与未经激光处理的钢表面层相比,显微组织发生了明显的改变,晶粒显著细化,硬度大幅度提高,缺陷密度剧增。进行对比疲劳试验的结果表明,经激光处理的试样,其疲劳区内移,疲劳寿命大大提高。
【Abstract】 Irradiated by continuous CO2 laser in a large area, a hardeningzone of uniform thickness was observed on the surface layer of steel.Microstructure is thus obviously changed in this zone, with finergrain, increasing hardness and defact density. Comparison testsshow that for the samples irradiated by CO2 laser the fatigue regionmove inward with a highly- increased fatigue strength for this mate-rial.
