刀具平面在正交剖面系内的角度变换及其应用
Angle Shifting of Tool’s Planes in Orthogonal Section Systems and Its Application
【摘要】 在刀具前刀面和后刀面的正交剖面系中,利用作者规定的坐标变换矩阵算符和空间平面的截距方程,建立了刀具正交双斜率平面的坐标变换矩阵表达式,可同时变换四个角度(正交剖面的一组前角和一组后角)。如与刀刃矢量的坐标变换结合,则可同时进行刀刃的四个基本角度(前、后、偏、倾)的变换。此法投影变换形象清晰,矩阵运算方法简捷,尤其当进行多次变换时,较之常用方法优点更为突出。
【Abstract】 With the matrix operator of coordinate transformation defined by the au-thor and the intercept equation of a spatial plane,the matrix expressions of co-ordinate transformation are given to the cutting tool’ s plane involving two or-thogonal slopes in the orthogonal section systems of tool ’s face and major flank.In this way, the four tool angles can be simultaneously shifted, i.e., a pair ofrakes and a pair of cutting clearances on the orthogonal sections. Furthermore,when combined with coordinate transformation of tool edge vectors, the me-thod will provide simultaneously four angle shiftings of tool edge, i. e., rake,clearance, cutting edge angle and cutting edge inclination. The method has ad-vantages of clear image in projection transformation, simple in matrix opera-tion and especially they are more prominent than conventional when shiftingangles many times.
