【摘要】 研究了非包涵体病毒对柞蚕的致病性.柞蚕1、2、3龄分别感染非包涵体病毒,发病率分别在80.85—99.2%、73.54—85%和50.83—74.19%测定了非包涵体病毒对柞蚕的LD50在10~4·85左右.测定了该病毒的增殖曲线,看出,接种后72—96小时为潜伏期,120小时开始增殖,216小时达到毒力高峰,其后保持稳定.更多还原

【Abstract】 The oak-silkworm disease caused by nonoccluded virues was studied in this paper. The results showed that infection rates of 1st, 2nd and 3rd instar silkworms were respectively 80.85-99.22%,73.54 -85% and 50.83-74.19%. LD50 of the viruses is about 10-4.65. It is discovered from the LD50-time curve that virus incubation period in the silkworm body is within 72-96 hr after the silkworms were infected with the viruses, propagation starts after 120 hr, the rep-roduction reaches the summit after 216 hr, and from that time the virulence keeps constant.更多还原
