高粱辐射诱变育种提高选择效率的研究初报

【摘要】 本试验用 Co60γ射线照射高粱晋粱五号、Tx622B、关东青、同源四倍体。M2按 M1结实率四个等级种成穗行,测定 M1结实率和 M2各类突变频率的关系,结果表明,M1生理损伤效应和 M2突变频率及突变谱有一定的关联性。苗期叶绿素突变频率随着 M1结实率的提高而增高,呈正相关(r=+0.9783);早熟突变频率随着 M1结实率的提高而降低,呈负相关(r=-0.70565);总突变频率呈极显著负相关(r=-0.9056);结实率与其他类型突变率无关。通过 M1和 M2代经济性状与对照相互比较,表明 M1结实率和千粒重二者呈正相关,但 M2代不同结实率级别的千粒重增减程度又不相同。这些结果予示在辐射育种中,选择 M1结实率较低的穗,可以大大缩小 M2代种植群体并提高选择效果。

【Abstract】 In this experiment gamma rays C060 irradiated sorghum Jin-liang wu hao,guan dong qinng and homologous tetraploid.According to earhead be- aring rate,the M1 were divided into four ranks and M2 were sown in ear- head lines.The determination of relationship between the bearing rate of M1 and the mutation frequency of M2 showned that physiological damages of M1 had a connection with mutation frequency and mutational spectrum of M2.The chlorophyll mutational frequencies in seeding period in propor- tion to the enhance of bearing rate of M1.They were positive correlation (r=+0.9783).The frequencies of early ripe mutants were reduced as bea- ring rate of M1 increased.They were negative correlation.Toal mutational frequency was highly significant negative correlation(r=-0.9056).Bearing rates had no eonnetion with other mutational types. The result suggested that induced mutations in plant breeding,selecting the earheads of lower bearing rate for the M1 population as sowing seeds for M2 could reduce the population and raised piching efficiency in M2.
