冬小麦杂种第一代抗寒性遗传规律的初步研究
PRELIMINARY RESEARCH ON GENETICS OF FROST—RESISTANCE IN F1 GENERATION OF WINTER WHEAT(TRITICUM AESTIVUM L.)
【摘要】 小麦抗寒性是由多基因控制的一种特性。用不同抗寒力的品种杂交,其 F1代多数表现为中亲值或稍偏于中亲值,多数为不完全显性。小麦杂种 F1代的抗寒性受杂种优势的影响,绝大多数呈正向优势。同一亲本与抗寒性类型不同的亲本杂交,受其亲本抗寒性影响,如果亲本抗寒性强,杂种 F1抗寒性亦强;如果亲本抗寒性弱,杂种 F1抗寒性亦弱。两亲抗寒性不同,对 F1抗寒性的影响也不同,而且抗寒亲本起主导作用,但是不抗寒的亲本也起制约作用。母本对于 F1代抗寒性有比较大的影响,F1代抗寒性与双亲抗寒性平均值的相关与回归系数均极显著。
【Abstract】 The frost-resistance of wheat is a character controlled by many genes. when wheat varieties with different frost resistance were crossed,the frost- resistance of the most F1 hybrids was equal or superior to midparent value and displayed incomplete dominance and heterosis.Heterosis affected the frost-resistance of F1 hybrids.When many parents crossed with same one,the expressions of the frost-resistance in F1 were influenced by the parents. The stronger the frost-resistance of the parents,the stronger the frost-resi- stance of their F1 generations.Parents with different frost-resistance had di- fferent effects on F1,and the stronger one played a leading role.Female parents influenced the frost-resistance in F1 more greatly than male parents did.Significant correlation and regression were also found between the frost resistance of F1 and the mean frost-resistance of its parents.
