【摘要】 为了探索枣疯病树的治疗方法,1980—1985年对万余株病树进行手术治疗试验,平均治愈50%左右,轻病树的治愈率可达60—70%。通过对 MLO 在病树体内时空变化规律的初步研究认为,手术治疗有效的原因可能有:1.发芽前主干环锯,可阻断根部越冬的 MLO 向地上部运行;2.彻底锯除病枝、切断侧根、去除病芽等可能去除病原;3.手术后导致树体新陈代谢的改变,有可能促使MLO 的死亡。手术治疗的效果比较稳定,而且其方法简便宜行,适于在生产中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effectiveness of treating the witches broom by surgical therapeutics,more than 10,000 jujube trees have been tested during the period of 1980—1985.The result showed that about 50% of the trees had been cured on the average and 60—70% of the trees had been cured in case of the trees being slighted infected. Based on the preliminary study on the time and space rules of the MLO in jujube trees,the reasons for the effectiveness of the treatment may be:1.Sawing around the base trunk of the trees before sprounting may pre- vent the upward movement of the overwintering MLO in roots;2.The pa- thogen may be eliminated by sawing off ill shoots thoroughly,cutting off lateral roots and removing ill buds,etc;3.The metabolism of jujube trees may be changed after treatment,so as to influence the viability of MLO. It is suggested that this method of surgical therapeutics may be widely used to control the jujube witches broom for its convenience and stability in effectiveness.更多还原
