起动机电磁方案的优化设计
OPTIMIZATION OF CRANKING MOTOR DESIGN
【摘要】 本文从多目标规划的角度,将起动机的电磁设计问题综合为混合变量的非线性规划问题。应用序列无约束极小化技术结合鲍威尔数值最优化方法进行求解。利用计算机的逻辑功能区别处理混合变量。作为算例,文中给出了QD12-2.5Hp起动机在两个不同目标下的优化结果。
【Abstract】 A nonlinear mixed-variable constrained programming problem, for the designoptimization of cranking motors, is considered with the view of multi-goal prog-ramming in this paper. The mixed-variables are logically differentiated. And theoptimization is achieved through powell’s method of direct search in conjunctionwith the sequential unconstrained minimization technique (SUMT). Optimized de-sign results with two different objective functions, as an example, are given fora typical QD12-2.5 Hp cranking motor.
