计算盒形件反挤压变形力的通式

【摘要】 利用简化的金属流动模式确定动可容速度场。通过数值计算直接寻优,求出了满足最小功原理的变形区高度,导出了计算盒形件(矩形、椭圆形、方形和圆形)反挤压变形力的通式,分析了各种因素对变形区高度和单位变形力的影响。研究表明,由所得公式计算的变形力与测定值很接近。

【Abstract】 In this paper the kinematically admissible velocity feild is determined by using a simplified metal flow pattern.Then the height of the deformation zone whice satisfies the minimum energy principle is obtained and a general formula for calculating the strain force in cold back-extrusion of various kinds of box-shaped products(of a rectangle,ellipse, square or circle) is derived through numerical calculation of direct optimization. The effects of different factors on the height of deformation zone and the strain force are analyzed. The results show that the strain force calculated by the formula given in this paper is very close to the experimental value.
