低碳钢低温解理断裂应力计算
Calculation of Cleavage Fracture Stress in Low-Carbon Steel
【摘要】 本文利用弹塑性大应变等参有限元法,对Chacpy缺口和任意裂缝四点弯曲试样的应力应变场进行了计算。并基于Sco—解理特征应力物理模型,对低碳钢低温解理断裂应力进行了计算。其计算结果与实验结果相吻合。本文还根据计算和实验结果。对工程塑脆转折温度进行了定义。
【Abstract】 The elastoplastic stress and strain fields in notched and arbitrarily cracked four-point bending specimens were calculated by using the large strain elastoplastic finite element method. On the basis of above results and a physical model of the characteristic cleavage stress S(co), the cleavage stresses of low-carbon steel specimens at different temperatures were calculated. The experimental results are found in agreement with that of the calculated stresses. In addition, a definition of the ductile/brittle transition temperature in engineering is given according to the calculation and the experimental results in this paper.
