Fe(naph)2-AlR3-AlEt2Cl催化丁二烯聚合的研究
THE STUDY OF POLYMERIZATION OF BUTADIENE CATALYZED BY Fe(naph)2-AlR3-AlEt2Cl
【摘要】 <正> 文献上相继报导了一些对丁二烯聚合有高活性的铁系催化剂.这些催化剂组份中都含有给电子试剂作为配位体.最近我们开发了一类新型铁催化剂,它不含给电子试剂,而是用卤化物作为必要的第三组分.这一研究结果将对进一步了解铁系催化剂的活性中心本质提供有益的信息.
【Abstract】 The polymerization of butadiene catalyzed by Fe(naph)2-AlR3-AlEt2Cl has been investigated. The result shows that butadiene cannot be polymerized without AlEt2Cl, however, when AlEt2Cl is used as a component of catalyst, butadiene is polymerized giving polybutadiene with 74% cis-1,4 and 26% cis-1,2. Suitable ratios of Al/Fe and Cl/Fe are important for getting high active catalyst. For a given Al/Fe ratio, there is a suitable range of Cl/Fe ratio, over or below this range the activity of catalytic system decreases. A possible mechanism for the polymerization of butadiene with this novel catalytic system has been postulated.
