连续光探测的掺染料向列相液晶四波混频

【摘要】 本文研究了连续光探测的掺染料向列相液晶由热致折射率光栅产生的四波混频。仔细地研究了热光栅的弛豫过程,并由此得到液晶的热扩散常数。

【Abstract】 In this paper, four-wave mixing due to thermally induced index grating is studied in dye-dissolving liquid crystal in its nematic phase. The dynamics of the grating are probed by monitoring the diffraction of a cw laser. The relaxation process of the thermal grating is carefully investigated and the thermal diffusivity of liquid crystal is consequently obtained.
