低频率比下发动机轴系的扭振
Torsional Vibration Characteristics of an Engine Shaft System at Low Frequency Ratio
【摘要】 文章阐明在低频率比下发动机轴系扭振特征的主要成份是滚振,频率比越低,滚振越大。频率比系指激励力矩的频率和单结扭振自振频率之比。因此,滚振既存在于大型低速发动机装置中,也存在于高速发动机装置中。本文作者导得多缸发动机轴系的滚振计算公式。同时应用了三质量模拟系统,探讨了转动惯量、刚度、阻尼和激励力矩对系统的滚振、扭振及其合成振动的振幅和相位的影响效应,与内在关系。文章列举了若干不同类型的发动机动力装置的扭振实测结果,并运用了模拟系统分析的结论,剖析各动力装置的低频率比下的扭振特性。
【Abstract】 In this paper, formulas for the determination of both magnitude and phase of the roll vibration of the multi-mass shaft system are given. Analysis of the co-relations between roll vibration, torsional vibration and their combination at different frequency-ratios are made by means of representative 3-mass modele. Several torsional vibration test records of various types of installations are also exhibited and interpreted through the conclusions from the model analysis.
