【摘要】 AE₁₂₁破乳剂是一种新型水溶性破乳剂,我们用AE₁₂₁破乳剂做小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验,结果为:实验组的染色体结构畸变率分别为1.2%、1.0%和2.0%,与生理盐水对照组（1.6%）之间差异无显著性（P>0.05）,实验结果表明AE₁₂₁破乳剂对小鼠骨髓细胞染色体无致突变性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Demulsifier AE₁₂₁ is a new riad demulsifier.we did mice bone marrow chromosomal aberralion assay,the result of Which was as follows:The rates of the structre aberration of their chromosomes were1.2%,1.0% and 2.0% respctively,which wer obvious undifferentiation（P>0.05）with normal saline control group（1.6%）。 The result of the test was that the AE₁₂₁ demulsifier would not induce aberration of the chromosome of the bone marrow cells of mice.更多还原
