胆汁酸盐存在下胆红素的解离及胆红素钙沉淀的形成
DISSOCIATION OF BILIRUBIN AND THE FORMATION OF PRECIPITATION OF CALCIUM BILIRUBINATE IN PRESENCE OF BILE SALTS
【摘要】 用荧光法、光散射法测定了胆红素的解离常数和聚集pH值及胆汁酸盐对它们的影响。用示差紫外分光光度法研究了胆红素-胆汁酸体系,并测定了结合常数。通过测定溶液中胆红素随时间变化测得pH=8.38的溶液中胆红素钙沉淀为一级反应。胆汁酸盐的存在明显影响其条件溶度积。讨论了胆汁酸的亲水/亲脂性不同对上述结果的影响。
【Abstract】 The dissociation constants and aggregation pH of bilirubin as well as the Influence of bile saltswere determined by fluorimetric and light scattering methods respectively. The bilirubin-bile salt sys-tems were studied and the binding constants were determined with UV differential spectrophotometricmethod. The precipitation reaction of calcium bilirubinate has been determined to be first order re-action in pH=8.38 solution by means of determination of variation of bilirubin concentration. Thepresence of bile salts influences the conditional solubility product of calcium bilirubinate significantlyThe above mentioned results were discussed in connection with the hydrophobicity/hydropholicity ofdifferent bile salts.
