二氧化硅对红细胞膜结合水影响的付里叶红外光谱研究

【摘要】 应用付里叶变换红外光谱技术研究了二氧化硅对红细胞膜结合水的影响。结果表明,正常红细胞膜结合水随相对湿度增加而增加。而在相同温度下,加入二氧化硅后,红细胞膜结合水明显减少,表明二氧化硅对细胞膜的脱水作用,且此作用有明显的剂量——效应关系,为阐明二氧化硅的细胞毒作用机理提供了新的论据。

【Abstract】 The effect of silica on erythrocyte membrane-bound Water has been studied by FT-IR technique.The results have shown that hydration of normal erythrocyte membrane increased with the increasingrelative humidity(RH). However, membrane-bound water decreased markedly at the same RH afterthe administration of silica and its effect had a relationship of dose-dependence. which indicatesthat silica can cause dehydration of cell membrane. The present study provides a new argumentfor explaining the mechanism of cytotoxity induced by silica.
