摄食活动引起胰岛素反射性分泌
REFLECTED INSULIN SECRETION INDUCED BY FEEDING
【摘要】 本实验观察到大鼠禁食72小时血糖和血浆胰岛素水平明显降低,分别降为未禁食大鼠(对照)的61%和66%;摄食5分钟后分别升为对照的88%和133%。剖腹探查发现此时食物尚未自胃排入十二指肠。切断迷走神经或注射阿托品,则可分别完全地或部分地消除血浆胰岛素升高反应。这表明摄食开始后5钟内所引起的胰岛素释放不是由于血糖升高或营养物质吸收入血后所致,而是摄食活动通过迷走神经胆碱能纤维反射性地兴奋胰岛B细胞的结果。
【Abstract】 In adult rats, 72 hours fasting reduced plasma glucose and insulin concentrations to 61% and 66%respectively of the levels of the controls; five minutes feeding after fasting restored the concentrationto 88% and 133% respectively. Antopsy revealed no passage of food from stomach to duodenum. Thisresponse of insulin release could be completely blocked or attenuated by vagotomy of atropine, whichindicates that the increase in plasma insulin concentration induced by feeding was due to throughmadiation of a vagal reflex instead of direct stimulation on B cells by increase of plasma glucose orabsorp ednutrients.
