刺梨的防癌作用——Ⅱ.刺梨汁阻断孕鼠体内N-亚硝基乙基脲会成及经胎盘致癌

【摘要】 孕鼠10~19天经口摄入乙基脲(88mg/kg)和亚硝酸钠(35mg/kg),其仔鼠于出生后133~279天100%死于神经系统为主的肿瘤,平均每鼠4.1个肿瘤。而加8ml/kg刺梨汁的孕鼠,仅14%仔鼠发生肿瘤,平均每鼠1.9个肿瘤。结果证明刺梨汁阻断N-亚硝基乙基脲在孕鼠体内合成,从而有防癌的作用。

【Abstract】 Transplacental induction of tumors in rats by concurrent administration of N-nitrosoethylureaprecursors, ethylurea and sodium nitrite was carried out to confirm the inhibition of Ci Li (Rosaroxburghii) juice on endogenous formation of N-nitroso compounds and carcinogenesis. One hundredpercent of the offspring whose mothers had been intragastrically treated with ethylurea (88 mg/kgbw.) and sodium nitrite (35 mg/kg bw.) daily from day 10 to 19 of gestation, died of tumors betweenday 133 to 279 after birth (averagely 4.1 tumors per tumor-bearing animal). However, Only 14% ofthe offspring whose mothers had been treated with the precursors plus Ci Li juice (8 ml/kg bw.) had1.9 tumors, and only 3 animals died up to 279 days after birth. Only 0.9% and 14.5% offspringprenatally exposed to ethylurea or sodium nitrite alone had single and 2.5 neoplasms, respectively.Embryotoxic effect was also observed in the pregnant rats given both ethylurea and sodium nitrite.The findings show that, under our exprimental conditions, Ci Li juice could block endogenousformation of N-nitrosoethylurea and its transplacental carcinogenesis in rats. The significance of Ci Lijuice in preventing potential public hazards, especially carcinogenic risks of endogenous N-nitrosecompounds formation was discussed.
