【摘要】 本文以24小时尿中N-亚硝基脯氨酸排泄量为指标,研究了刺梨汁阻断大鼠体内N-亚硝基化合物合成的作用。结果证明.0.5ml刺梨汁能有效阻断20μmol L-脯氨酸和亚硝酸钠在大鼠体内合成N-亚硝基脯氨酸,阻断率78.70％。此作用效果优于20μmol的维生素C(阻断率41.82％),提示刺梨汁中除了维生素C外,还有其他成分有阻断作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of Ci Li (Rosa roxburghii)juice on endogenous formation of N-nitroso compound in rats was studied, by using the amount of N-nitrosoproline (NPRO) excreted in the urine as an index. It was found that 0.5 ml Ci Li juice inhibited NPRO formation in rats from 20μmol nitrite and L-proline by 78.70% and the effect was better than that of 20μmol vitamin C(41.82%). This finding suggested that in addition to vitamin C, certain component(s) of the juice can also inhibit NPRO formation in vivo.更多还原
