【Abstract】 The purpose of this experiment is to observe the alteration of the lymphocytes ANAE activity and the spleen PFC in 3—, 18—, and 24— month-old mice treated with the decoction of nourishing Yin or replenishing essence and tonifying Qi or reinforcing Yang recipes and their individual drugs.First, this experiment has proved that the percentage of lymphocytes ANAE in 18—, and 24—month-old mice is lower than that of 3-month-old mice, with a decline of 57% and 37% Separately. The spleen PFC of 18—, and 24-month-old mice are lower than that of 3-month-old mice, with a decline of 73% and 65% separately.After being treated with the decoctions of both recipes and their individual ingredients, the lymphocytes ANAE are promoted in the 24— and 18-(or 20-) month-old mice, as well as in the 3-month-old mice. The improvement of spleen PFC in 18—, and 24-month-old mice treated with the decoctions of tonifying Qi and reinforcing Yang recipes and their single drugs are more evident, so, tonifying Yang might play a leading role in the prevention of immune senecence and aging.更多还原
